Refund policy
If Dara cancels a class due to weather, illness, or another unforeseen circumstance, a makeup class will be scheduled at the end of the semester. Families will be automatically added to the makeup class and notified by email. If a makeup cannot be scheduled, families will receive a prorated refund for the missed class.
If your family needs to miss a class, you may request a makeup. Makeups are subject to availability, are not guaranteed, and must be taken during the current semester.
Full refunds are available to full-semester enrollees up to 24 hours before the semester begins. During the first two weeks of the semester, full-semester enrollees may request a prorated refund for the remaining classes in the semester, whether or not they have attended any classes. After the first two weeks, no refunds will be issued.
